Shreveport churches hosting Basar Preacher's Rally | Community Spirit

Churches and ministers from across the city will take part in the 3rd Annual Basar Preacher's Rally, taking place from October 26 - 28.

Basar is designed to publicize the word of God through ministers who have a passion for sharing the good news
and bring unity amongst Christian leadership by targeting the next generation. Also, to recognize elder ministers
who have been sharing the good news for decades and have made remarkable accomplishments within their
ministries and lives of others. This weekend event will honor Bishop L. Lawrence Brandon who is Senior Pastor
of Praise Temple Full Gospel Baptist Cathedral of Shreveport.

The weekend events include:

---Friday, October 26 at 7 p.m. - “Good News At Night-WOMEN EDITION” featuring Bishop Ruby Pedescleaux from Shreveport, Louisiana. The event will be held at Faith Chapel Shreveport – 9155 Linwood Avenue – Shreveport, LA.

---Saturday, October 27 at 9 a.m. - “The Chairman’s Breakfast” honoring Bishop L. Lawrence Brandon at Sunrise Baptist Church (W. L. Stewart Life Center) in Shreveport, LA.

---Saturday October 27 at 7 p.m. - “Good News At Night-MEN EDITION” featuring Prophet Tyquan Sparks from Marion, South Carolina. The event will be held at Faith Chapel Shreveport – 9155 Linwood Avenue – Shreveport, LA.

---Sunday, October 28 at 7 p.m. - “Basar Preachers Rally” featuring six powerful preachers. The event will be held at Praise Temple FGBC of Shreveport.

Bishop L. Lawrence Brandon – is the Founder, Senior Pastor & Chief Executive Officer of Praise
Temple Family of Churches which are in over 11 locations throughout the world. Also, he is 1st
Assistant to the Third Presiding Bishop of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International.
Bishop Brandon is a transformer within ministry and community.
